Submission of a trade account application does not guarantee approval.

Source Derma Ltd reserves the right, without liability and with immediate effect, to:
• Approve or decline applications
• Request additional verification documentation
• Suspend, restrict or terminate trade accounts
• Remove access to trade pricing or wholesale services without notice
• Refuse supply at our discretion

Customers applying for trade access may be required to provide proof of business activity, professional status, company information, VAT registration, identification or practitioner details where applicable.

Trade account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring login credentials remain secure and confidential.

Trade accounts may not be transferred, shared or used on behalf of third parties without prior written approval from Source Derma Ltd.

Wholesale pricing, trade discounts and account benefits are confidential and may not be shared, distributed, published or disclosed to third parties.

Products supplied by Source Derma Ltd must not be misrepresented, relabelled, altered or resold in breach of applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer guidance or intellectual property rights.

Source Derma Ltd reserves the right to refuse supply, suspend accounts or terminate wholesale access where misuse, suspicious activity, unauthorised resale, fraudulent behaviour or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are suspected.
