All orders placed with Source Derma Ltd must be paid in full and successfully authorised prior to dispatch.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include approved card payment providers, bank transfer, pay-by-bank services or other authorised payment methods made available by Source Derma Ltd.

All transactions are subject to payment verification, security screening and fraud prevention procedures.

Source Derma Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to:
• Refuse or cancel transactions
• Delay order processing pending verification
• Request additional identification or supporting documentation
• Restrict payment methods
• Hold funds pending security checks
• Refuse supply where suspicious or high-risk activity is identified

Verification checks may include billing information, delivery information, order history, IP analysis, account activity, payment authentication or customer identity verification.

Orders will only be accepted once payment has been successfully received, authorised and verified.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent claims, unauthorised transaction disputes, payment misuse or suspicious activity may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of orders
• Suspension or termination of customer accounts
• Refusal of future supply
• Information being shared with payment providers, fraud prevention agencies, financial institutions, couriers or relevant authorities where legally permitted

Source Derma Ltd reserves all rights in relation to fraud prevention, payment verification and transaction refusal.
