Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsbility passes to the courier provider. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time is the cut-off for next day delivery?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be processed for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation. Orders placed after this cut-off may be processed the following working day.
Where is same day delivery available?
Same day delivery is available to selected local postcode areas only. This option will appear at checkout if your delivery address is eligible and your order meets the required conditions.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Weekend delivery is not currently guaranteed as standard. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and order value. Any available free delivery options will be shown before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged item or packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review this and advise on the next steps.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before placing your order or shortly after checkout to confirm whether collection is possible.
