Source Derma Ltd maintains operational product and supplier records to support batch traceability procedures where applicable.
Batch numbers, lot references, supplier information, order records and customer transaction details may be recorded and retained against relevant products, invoices or customer orders.
Customers are responsible for retaining:
• Order confirmations
• Product packaging
• Batch or lot information
• Product labels where applicable
In the event of a manufacturer recall, supplier notification, product advisory, packaging concern or product safety issue, Source Derma Ltd may contact affected customers using the information provided at checkout or within associated customer accounts.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all account and contact information remains accurate and up to date.
Where a recall, advisory or product notice is issued, customers must follow any instructions communicated by Source Derma Ltd, the manufacturer, supplier or relevant authority where applicable.
Source Derma Ltd accepts no liability for losses, damages or issues arising where:
• Batch information has not been retained
• Customers fail to respond to recall communications
• Contact information provided is inaccurate
• Products continue to be used following recall, advisory or safety notification
Nothing within this policy constitutes a guarantee, certification or representation regarding individual products beyond applicable supplier and manufacturer information provided at the time of supply.
